DR. Massaga a Tanzanian holds (PhD) Doctor of Public Administration & Business Management (Honoris Causa) form Africa Graduate University of Sierra Leon, Post graduate & advanced diploma in Tax Management (PGDTM) (ADTM) both from the institute of Finance management (IFM) and Postgraduate Certificate in International Trade Policy Development (PGCITPD) from TRAPCA - ESSAMI. He has attended many other short courses and seminars which have taught him many skills which give him upper hand to stand alone.
