IDRAS to boost Tanzania’s revenue

From 15 to 17 January 2026, Alpha Associates Tanzania LTD, Dar es Salaam branch employees were able to attend the Integrated Revenue Administration System (IDRAS) training, provided by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) in Dar es Salaam at the Mlimani City conference hall.

The IDRAS training aims to build public awareness on how to use the Integrated Revenue Administration System (IDRAS), especially for tax consultants, audit firms, traders and strategic stakeholders in the tax sector.

Speaking during the IDRAS training summit on 17 January 2026, some Alpha representatives pledged to use the skills they gained during the 3-day training to improve the services provided by Alpha Associates Tanzania LTD.

Furthermore, some Alpha employees praised the major changes in TRA systems while praising the intuitive appearance and ability of the system in serving the public.

The Integrated Revenue Administration System (IDRAS) is expected to be officially launched in February, where all tax-related services will be managed systematically through an integrated system, which is designed to serve the public and the entire tax industry value chain.
